LiveNewsRSS Java applet fetches your selected news items and sorts them by timestamp at a specified rate. The height of a news item is the value of the applet height divided by the max number of most recent news items . In the current example, applet height is 240 and you can have 20 max items. Therefore, each row has a height = 240 / 20 = 12, tall enough to contain the font size.
